IPSEA EHCP Checklist

Why might it be of interest?

EHCPs are complicated!  What should be included and where is not always easy to ascertain.  This is not a short document but it is clearly laid out by section and what the Children and Families Act 2014 says should be in the EHCP and it makes reference to that Act and the Code of Practice 2015.  It might be helpful to have both to hand so you can read further on what this document is referring to.
