Run, walk, cycle or create your own unique challenge to raise funds for Ruils.

With so many events to choose from, there is something for everyone and your efforts will really make a difference!

Taking part in a challenge event gives you a great opportunity to achieve your own personal goals and raise funds to support Disabled people across SW London. We offer a wide variety of events each year catered to different fitness levels and ages.

Zip Line across Allianz Stadium!

Date: Sunday 18th October 2026

Location: Allianz Stadium Twickenham

Event type: Zip line over Allianz Stadium

Fundraising target: £300

Teaming up with Big Bang Experiences, we are offering our supporters the chance to zip line 30m up 200m across the Allianz Stadium to raise money for Ruils. It promises to be an exciting and unique experience and is open to teens too- anyone over the age of 12.

London Marathon MyWay

Date: Saturday 24th April 2027

Location: Central London to Bushy Park along the Thames Path

Event type: Walk 26.2 miles along the Thames from the London Eye to Bushy Park, a beautiful London walk to take on with friends or as part of Team Ruils! 

Fundraising target: £150

Ruils Movefest!

Date: Postponed to June 2027

Location: Teddington Cricket Club & Bushy Park

Event type: Accessible challenge event & social

Fundraising target: £50

Sponsored by Pinnacle Plumbing and The Pantry, Teddington, join us for an accessible challenge event for all ages and abilities in Bushy Park. Walk, wheel, scoot or run your choice of 1km or 4.5km to raise funds for local charity Ruils Independent Living.

There will be festivities including face painting, music and more after you’ve finished your challenge. Bring your own picnic or food will be available to buy.
