Run, walk, cycle or create your own unique challenge to raise funds for Ruils.

With so many events to choose from, there is something for everyone and your efforts will really make a difference!

Taking part in a challenge event gives you a great opportunity to achieve your own personal goals and raise funds to support Disabled people across SW London. We offer a wide variety of events each year catered to different fitness levels and ages.

Ruils Skydive

Date: Saturday 6th June 2026 

Location: Near Salisbury

Event type: Tandem skydive

Fundraising target: £500

Calling all adrenaline junkies!   Get the ultimate rush and a birdeye view of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside from 13,000 feet whilst raising vital funds for Ruils.  We use an excellent skydive centre which will match you with a highly experienced tandem partner.

Thames Path Challenge

Date: Saturday 12th September 2026

Location: London area

Event type: Thames Path Walk

Fundraising target: £150

With distances from 25km to 100km between Putney Bridge and Henley, join Ruils on a glorious river walk challenge. Open to those over age 14 so a great family one too.

Ben Nevis Challenge

Date: Saturday 19th/ Sunday 20th September 2026

Location: Scotland

Event type: Mountain climb

Fundraising target: £500

Join our team and scale Ben Nevis on the morning of Sunday 20th September.

The highest mountain in Britain, Ben Nevis stands at 1,344m high and is located in the Western Highlands of Scotland. Our team will be led by a qualified mountain leader to ensure a fun and safe experience surrounded by truly spectacular scenery.

Zip Line across Allianz Stadium!

Date: Sunday 18th October 2026

Location: Allianz Stadium Twickenham

Event type: Zip line over Allianz Stadium

Fundraising target: £300

Teaming up with Big Bang Experiences, we are offering our supporters the chance to zip line 30m up 200m across the Allianz Stadium to raise money for Ruils. It promises to be an exciting and unique experience and is open to teens too- anyone over the age of 12.
