Why might it be of interest?

At the year 9 annual review the format of your young person’s EHCP will change to the Preparing for Adulthood format.  This format enables you and your young person to start looking ahead to what they would like to achieve in the next few years.

The CDC have produced quite a few documents looking at EHCPs, giving advice and examples and these are a few that we refer to most frequently
