Bridging the Gap

Why might it be of interest?
You might need mental health services for a short period of your life or you may need longer term support. It can be difficult to negotiate your way through the services which can seem like a complex web of services.

There is probably more out there to support your mental health – or that of your young person – than you realise and it can be difficult to impossible to find out about what is available.

These booklets – you can ask Ruils to send you a handy pocket version of either guide – were produced by people who use local mental health services after they were inspired by an information booklet they had seen.
