What is it?
This document is an anonymised copy of an EHCP a parent had written privately. The young person involved is severely learning disabled – see the overview – but it might be helpful to see the language used, how the young person’s needs are described, the detail of the outcomes and how the provision is written regardless of your young person’s needs.
