Pinnacle Plumbing raises £10k for Ruils!

At Ruils, we’re incredibly lucky to have supporters who go above and beyond to make a difference. This summer, one of those supporters, Robbie from Pinnacle Plumbing, took on an extraordinary challenge to raise money for our Family Matters service, and the results have been nothing short of amazing.
In June, Robbie took part in a gruelling 100-mile challenge, raising an incredible £10,108 for Ruils. Robbie was inspired by the impact that our Family Matters service has on local families and wanted to help ensure that more children and parents can access the support they need.
Family Matters provides information, advice, practical support and opportunities for connection to families of Disabled children and young people. The service helps families navigate complex systems, access the right support, build confidence and reduce isolation. Whether it’s understanding benefits and education support, connecting with other parents, or getting advice during challenging times, Family Matters is there to help families feel informed and empowered.
The need for this support continues to grow. However, like many essential community services, Family Matters is not fully funded. That means we rely on the generosity of our supporters to help bridge the gap and ensure families can continue to access vital support when they need it most.
That’s why Robbie’s achievement is so significant. The £10k he raised will make a real difference, helping us continue to provide much-needed support to Disabled children, young people and their families across our community.
