Run, walk, cycle or create your own unique challenge to raise funds for Ruils.
With so many events to choose from, there is something for everyone and your efforts will really make a difference!
Taking part in a challenge event gives you a great opportunity to achieve your own personal goals and raise funds to support Disabled people across SW London. We offer a wide variety of events each year catered to different fitness levels and ages.

The Three Peaks Challenge
Date: Friday 16th – Sunday 18th May 2025
Location: Nationwide
Event distance: 23 miles with a 3,000m ascent
Fundraising target: £750
The Three Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) are the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. Our team had a blast taking on this challenge in May 2024. Join us as we go again in May 2025 and take on the challenge of climbing them all.
Ruils is partnering with experienced expedition company, Maximum Adventure, for a second year to take on the Three Peaks Challenge on the weekend of Friday 16th – Sunday 18th May 2025. You can find out more detail about what’s involved here.

Thames Path Challenge
Date: Saturday 13 – Sunday 14th September 2025
Location: Route starts at Putney Bridge
Event type: 100, 75, 50 or 25 km walk or run
Fundraising target: £300
Join our team to take on the Thames Path Challenge. You can choose your distance (100, 75, 50 or 25 km) and method (walk or run). You’ll help us raise vital funds for our work and get a proper Thames Path Challenge medal, t-shirt and a glass of fizz at the end. It’s fun, sociable and a great challenge no matter what distance you choose.
