Christmas operating hours

Ruils' offices at the Disability Action and Advice Centre and Tooting Works and phone lines will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23rd of December and will re-open on Monday 5th of January.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 10 am – 4 pm, except for bank holidays when we are closed.

Our main number is a duty line, which means a different member of staff answers the phone every day. You may get an individual staff member’s voicemail, please leave a message and they will get back to you and direct you to the correct person.

Our offices

Our offices in Teddington and Tooting are open by appointment only, so please get in touch with our team or the person supporting you to arrange a time for you to visit them. If you are visiting us for an appointment, please make the staff member aware of any access needs you may have so we can do our best to accommodate you.
