Another organisation’s presentation of the Mental Capacity Act.  This feels a bit more weighty than the hft guide and not quite as easy to dip in and out of but it has been written with people with more complex and profound needs in mind which might be helpful to you.  It is not written specifically with young people in mind but few of the MCA resources are.
