Another helpful guide from hft.  This one around the Mental Capacity Act.  We all need to be familiar with the Mental Capacity Act whether we believe our young person has the capacity to make all or some of their decisions or not.  hft guides are always clearly written in language that we can all understand and in most instances we don’t need to read the whole guide at once as they are always broken down into the relevant topics so it’s quite easy to dip in where we need to.
