If you employ a Personal (care) Assistant to support you, you may need help to manage their pay and tax. We will register you with HMRC and get everything set up. You tell us how many hours your PA has worked each month and we calculate the payments, including tax and National Insurance. We send you payslips for each PA monthly and a summary of tax due. We keep holiday records and can help with pensions advice and set up. We also have experience supporting people to recruit and manage PAs as well as Direct Payments so if you need information or advice we can help with that too.
If you want help managing your budget we offer a Managed Account Service which means we hold the money on your behalf and pay all your bills, with your agreement. We send you regular updates and flag any issues with you.
