We are a charity run by and for Disabled People

Ruils is a user-led charity supporting Disabled children and adults and people with long term health and mental health conditions to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full.

We provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to our clients and their families across SW London.

Find-a-pa helps to match employers and Personal (care) Assistants.

You can browse the site and look at potential jobs or PAs available without registering.

Once you register, you can see full profiles, add your details, do a detailed search or send a secure message to contact a PA or employer. Registration is free of charge for employers and PAs living or working in the signed up areas.
